...Just stumbled across this, nice little run down!<br /><br />I did a Wherry last year, although it took ages to get to where it was decent, it really was lovely in the end. I've done an extract since which failed, but I'm now planning a Wherry with some tweaks - the addition of 500g LDME and then dry-hopping after a few days with East Kent Goldings.
